These are State Bank of India (SBI), ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Yes Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, Central Bank of India and IDBI Bank. The DDA has set the following criteria that you must meet in order to be eligible for the housing scheme.
- The applicant must be a citizen of India and his/her age should be a minimum of 18 years
- It is also required that the applicant must not have any residential house or plot in his/her name or on the name of spouse or minor dependent children in New Delhi or Delhi Cantonment.
- In the case of a jointly owned plot for residential house, the applicant is eligible on the condition of having a share of less than 66.9 square meters
- Those who are already allotted a flat or house built by DDA or any other agency despite having a share of less than 66.9 square meters won’t be eligible to apply.
